All the classes below are an hour long, once a week, for 4 weeks. The cost is only $75. A copy of your dog's rabies will be required. See the calender for upcoming dates please.

Basic Obedience -

This class is for dogs that are at least 4 mos old and teaches sit, down, stay, how to walk on a loose leash and come. We also address potty training, digging, jumping on people, begging, barking and any other training issues that you mught have with your dog. Homework is given so you need to be able to practice with your dog for at least 15 min per day, preferably longer.

Puppy Class -

This class is for puppies between 2-6 mos old. Puppies learn the same things as in Basic Obedience class but teaching time is done in shorter segments. Puppies take frequent breaks to socialise with other puppies and people but also learn some basic agility for confidence boosting. Homework is given so you need to be able to practice with your puppy for at least 15 min per day.

Practical Obedience -

This class is for dogs that are at least 4 mos old and have been through either Basic obedience or Puppy class. Dogs and handlers will learn obedience for everyday living such as: not rushing out open doors or gates, to sit and wait for their dinner, how to play fair, and starting to learn off leash work. Homework is given so you need to be able to practice with your puppy for at least 15 min per day.

Agility Class -

This class is for dogs that are at least 6 mos old. Dogs and handlers learn how to negotiate different obstacles such as jumps, tunnels, dog walks, weave poles, see-saw, and a-frame. Whether you are interested in competing or just want to have fun with your dog, this is the class for you. Beginners will have special instruction 30 min. before class begins. Experienced dogs will stay 30 min. after class.

NEW!!! Kid's Club -

For kids that are from 9 - 18 years. Meetings will be once a week throughout the summer. Kids will learn to train their dogs for obedience and agility. Also they will learn about grooming and care of their dogs. There will be a one time fee of $20 for this summer's class. More info will be coming soon.
