Boarding Pawsitive Plantation ~ boarding rates 2009 All dogs are exercised and played with several times per day in a large shady yard. Rooms and crates for dogs and cats are air conditioned/heated. Treats are supplied at no extra cost. Food to be supplied by pet owner. Any additional food needed will be an extra charge. Pick up times after 12:00 noon will incur the daycare rate. Hours are by appointment only. Available hours are Mon - Sun 8am - 6pm. Since this is not only a boarding/training facility but also our home, we cannot have folks arriving unannounced interrupting training sessions or family activities. After hours, unexpected drop-ins will be charged a $25 after hours fee.All new clients pay 1 night’s board in advance for up to a 3 night stay, 2 night’s board in advance for a 4-7 night stay, and 1/2 board in advance for any new client stay over 1 week. No Show policy: failure to give us notice of cancellation will result in a fee equal to one night's board or with lessons, the equivalent of that lesson. Boarding - Dogs: Rooms: 25 sq ft inside pens with 4 poster beds. Runs are 50 sq ft. Beds, treats, games, toys, and lots of petting are inc. tiny to extra large dogs - $20/night additional tiny to medium dog(s) in same room - $10 ea. extra/night Crates: price inc. bedding, treats, games, toys, and lots of petting tiny to large dogs - $15/night 2nd tiny or small dog in same crate - $8 extra/night
Daycare: Great for when you need to shop or work and don't wish to leave your dog alone or in a car. At Pawsitive Plantation we will do our best to ensure your pet’s safety and happiness. We have over 27 years of experience caring/training show animals. Due to the nature of animals sometimes they will get hurt, often in play. In the event of a life-threatening emergency your vet is the first person we will call. In event that you can’t be reached. Pawsitive Plantation , owners, and employees do not assume and shall not be held responsible for any liability for illness, injury, or death of your pet. If your dog is here for training please be assured that only the kindest, Pawsitive methods are used. Your dog will receive at least 1 hour of training daily. We pride ourselves on efficient training, not on speed. No electronic collars are ever used. You will need to schedule a time for picking up your dog so that we spend approximately 1 hour for personal instruction. To insure continued success make time each day to continue working with your dog’s training as instructed by your dog’s trainer. If at anytime you are having problems with your dog’s training, please give us a call. We want you and your dog to be happy. Pet owner agrees: > to provide food for their pet’s stay. Any additional food needed will be charged. > to provide copy of current rabies cert. on any pet over 4 mos and current vaccination record as recommended by his/her vet before boarding/training. > to keep pet(s) up to date on heartworm prevention> to keep pet(s) free of fleas/ticks by using products recommended by his/her vet (if fleas/ticks are found, then appropriate products will be used and charged) > to abide by their appointment times or to call and let us know of any changes in time and/or person picking up their pet(s). > to pay any charges incurred by your pet(s) if a visit to the vet is needed inc. transportation> to pay all boarding and/or training fees when pet(s) is picked-up > that he/she is sole owner of pet(s), free and clear of all liens and encumbrances > to grant a lien on their pet(s) in the event that the animal is abandoned or any bills are not paid. If the animal(s) is not picked up within 5 days of agreed pick up date, then you authorize us to place your animal(s) as we see fit and agree to pay any outstanding bills. > that all information stated regarding to pet(s) is true > Pet owner hereby acknowledges having read this contract & received a copy by signing & dating__________________
